Postgraduate Programs
SAFIIT offers a wide range of quality programs namely Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, Science, Engineering, Computer Science and Multimedia, Social Science Arts and Humanities, Hospitality and Tourism, Business and Accountancy are research-based as well as coursework-based (with dissertation), encompassing critical and in-demand disciplines as clinical research, biomedical science and public health.
Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering
The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering programme has been designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge in various fields of specialization to enable them to formulate questions and plan and carry out research in their respective subject areas. The candidates would be able to conduct a high-level research and address complex technical questions and challenge the established knowledge and practices on the respective subjects. The Ph.D. candidates would be capable enough to evaluate the work of others as well, at the same level. The candidates will also evaluate the application of different techniques in the subject areas and shall contribute to the development of new theories, new knowledge and new methods in the respective subject area.
For successful completion of PhD degree in SAFIIT, each candidate should publish minimum of Four research articles in scopus indexed journals, with SAFIIT affiliation.

Master of Water Resource Management
Water is the world’s most precious natural resource. The Water Resources Management program prepares students to face the complexities of managing this critical natural resource and their use in the urban, industrial, and agricultural environment. Water is the world’s most precious natural resource. This program provides advanced knowledge and skills in making sound, independent judgments about the best way to manage water resource and an understanding of the latest developments in the field. The Master of Water Resource Managements is designed to make the students ready for jobs in fields of water resource along with specialization in management, administration, resource study, and agricultural environment. The course will also provide additional opportunities to enhance their credentials in the service. The outcomes of the proposed program, as envisaged, would certainly contribute significantly towards a societal outlook and responsibility to improved quality of resources and the environment. After completion of this course, the students can opt for research work that will provide them with in-depth knowledge and skills to advance their career in research or they can even pursue further Ph.D. programmes in the related fields.

- Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 MOH) with minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as acceptable by the HEP Senate; or
- Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) or equivalent CGPA of 2.50 cannot achieve acceptable subject to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
